About: We are hosting our May in-person General Meeting on June 1st to reduce conflicts with other BASK events in late May. Join us to get the scoop on upcoming BASK plans and activities, reconnect with or meet new paddle buddies, and take in a lively presentation delivered by this month’s featured speakers. Lunch will be provided after the meeting.
Location: Point San Pablo Harbor Clubhouse, 1900 Stenmark Dr, Richmond (Google Maps link and descriptive directions). Parking is somewhat limited so carpooling is encouraged. Note: The access road is windy and steep in sections, besides being a little rough. Please respect the 5 mph speed limit in the parking area.

BASK Joins La Bufadora Swim Team by Brian Alger, Kris Chebul, & Paul Randall
Seven BASKers and two kayakers from the Pacific Northwest joined Bill Vonnegut for five days of rock gardening and surfing in La Bufadora, Baja Mexico. Five of the kayakers were coming to La Bufadora for the first time. We will present some of the highlights from the trip and share personal stories related to the challenges and accomplishments during the trip, including becoming new members of the La Bufadora Swim Team.
